About Us
Santrel International Inc. is a family-owned Quebec company that has been in business for over 25 years. We believe it is important to offer Canadians high-quality products at affordable prices.
That's why we develop and manufacture our products ourselves, ensuring full control over the sourcing of our ingredients and the entire production process.

As proud consumers of the products ourselves and former partners, the decision was an obvious one.

100% Canadian
Products
We are very proud to say that Caprina is the 5th best-selling soap brand in Canada and is fully manufactured in Quebec, Canada. These high-quality products are also distributed in the United States and several countries in Asia.
All of our packaging is made in Quebec. We strive to prioritize local suppliers to support the Canadian economy and ensure better control over quality. We also encourage the use of certified sustainable manufacturers whenever possible.

Step 1
Sourcing
All of our fresh goat's milk suppliers are registered with the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA). Our farmers adhere to strict standards to ensure that the goats are treated respectfully and have access to outdoor facilities.

Step 2
Processing
Santrel works closely with the manufacturer Les Plastiques J.E.T.S., which belongs to the same subsidiary, to ensure traceability, consistency, and a high level of quality for all the products it distributes. This partnership allows us to be more proactive in responding to market demands and continue innovating.

Step 3
Distribution
Our sales team continues to make efforts to increase Caprina's presence on the shelves of your favorite stores. Available in most pharmacies, grocery stores, and supertores in Quebec and several Canadian provinces. In addition to being available across Canada, these high-quality products are distributed in the United States and several countries in Asia.
Certified Farmers
Canadian goat farms dedicated to producing milk for skincare products prioritize ethical and sustainable practices. The goats benefit from living conditions that promote their well-being, including access to open pastures and comfortable shelters. Their diet is balanced and natural, often free of artificial additives and growth hormones.
These farms adopt sustainable agricultural practices, such as pasture rotation and responsible resource management, to minimize environmental impact. The respectful treatment of animals is a priority, with regular veterinary care and living conditions tailored to the natural needs of the goats, in compliance with animal welfare standards such as those of the SPCA.
Some farms focus on organic production, avoiding chemical pesticides and obtaining organic certifications, ensuring environmentally friendly and animal health-conscious production. Community involvement is also important, with support for local initiatives and increased transparency through farm visits and detailed information about farming practices.
Additionally, many farms strive to obtain quality certifications, such as animal welfare labels, ensuring their practices meet high standards of sustainability and ethics. These certifications help strengthen consumer trust in the quality and origin of goat's milk-based products.
